How do I get a price?
Send your route, date, passenger count and flight number by WhatsApp — we reply with a fixed door-to-door price, usually in under 10 minutes, 08:00–20:00 CET every day.
How do I pay?
You pay your driver in the vehicle, card or cash. No prepayment and no online card needed — the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight, so we already know if you're early or late. You get 30 minutes of free waiting from actual landing, and we don't charge for delays outside your control.
Do you have child seats?
We don't carry them, so bring your own — most airlines fly them free. There's room in the vehicle for the seat plus a stroller; tell us the ages when you book so we can plan the space.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. We issue proper R1 fiscal invoices for business and event transfers — just share your company details when you book.
