Charter & marina transfers
Split Airport to Trogir, Seget & Kaštela marinas — charter crew transfers
Five to fifteen minutes from the terminal to six marinas around Trogir, Seget and Kaštela — built for a Saturday changeover, not just for one tourist and a suitcase.
The shortest run we drive.
Six marinas around Trogir, Seget and Kaštela sit five to fifteen minutes from Split Airport, which makes this the shortest and most predictable transfer route in Dalmatia. It's also the one where getting it wrong costs a crew its check-in slot, not just a delay. A driver who already knows which gate belongs to which marina removes the one variable a turnaround day can't afford.
Six marinas, one short list.
Tap a marina — we pre-fill your request with the airport and the base.
The 15:00–17:00 crunch.
Outgoing crews fly home
Last week's charter heads to the airport, freeing the boat for cleaning and re-provisioning.
The flight wave lands
Most Saturday charter flights from the UK and Germany cluster into a single hour, all wanting the same road at once.
Every marina turns over
Trogir, Seget and Kaštela are all loading new crews in the same two hours — the busiest window of the week, by far.
Aboard and briefed
Most charter companies want the crew and the safety briefing done before evening. A pre-booked car is what keeps that on schedule.
Sailing bags, gear bins and a full provisioning shop.
A charter crew's luggage looks nothing like a weekend traveller's. Soft sailing holdalls, dive gear, a case of wine for the week, boxes from a supermarket stop — it all has to fit before anyone leaves the terminal.
- Told the group size and bag count in advance, we bring the right car — or the second one
- Room for sailing bags and gear bins, not just wheeled cases
- Loaded before the trunk runs out, not after
Two cars, four drivers, one arrival time.
Not a shuttle back and forth
A crew of six to eight splits across two vehicles that leave Trogir together and land at the marina together — nobody waits on the dock for the second half.
Not one big van
We don't run a coach. Two right-sized cars handle marina access roads and tight parking better than one van that can't turn around.
You'll know both drivers
Name, photo, vehicle and plate for both cars, sent by WhatsApp the day before — nobody's standing at the gate looking for a stranger.
The airport run is half of it.
Most Saturday crews need a full shop before they can leave the marina — water, beer, the first three days of provisions. We turn that into one booking: airport, a fixed stop at a Trogir supermarket, then the marina, priced as a single chain instead of two separate rides.
Run a charter company or skipper a boat out of Trogir, Seget or Kaštela every week? Don't rebook a taxi from scratch each Saturday. Set up a standing arrangement instead — recurring weekly pickups, invoiced once a month, one WhatsApp thread for the whole season.
Marina transfers, answered.
How far is Split Airport from the Trogir and Kaštela marinas?
Between five and fifteen minutes depending on the marina — Marina Baotić in Seget Donji is the closest, Marina Agana up the coast in Marina village is the furthest. All six sit inside the same short run, which is why this is the most predictable transfer we drive.
Can you pick up a full crew of six to eight at once?
Yes, across two vehicles that leave Trogir together and arrive together — not one van, and not a first group waiting on the dock for the second.
What happens during the Saturday afternoon changeover?
Every base in Trogir, Seget and Kaštela is turning boats over in roughly the same two hours, so 15:00 to 17:00 is the busiest window of the week. Booking ahead is what keeps a crew's check-in on schedule instead of queuing for a taxi that isn't coming.
Do you carry sailing bags and provisioning boxes?
Yes. Tell us the group size and bag count when you message and we'll bring the right car, or the second one, so nothing gets left on the curb.
Can our charter company set up a standing weekly booking?
Yes — recurring weekly pickups for the same base, invoiced once a month rather than arranged call by call. Message us once to set it up.
